Service Call
Unit making a strange noise? No warm or cool air coming out? Heat pump or HRV just doesn't seem to be working like it used to?
You may need your heat pump or HRV serviced. Our service call covers an hour onsite to inspect and diagnose equipment issues. If further service or parts are required, another service call may be necessary.
Deep Cleaning
If you can't remember the last time you've had your heat pump cleaned, (or if it's ever been cleaned...Yikes!) it's probably time to get a deep clean scheduled. Deep Cleaning removes dust, particles and mold from the filters and inside of your indoor heat pump head. While your heat pump circulates air throughout your home, it's important that the air circulation is clean.
