What we integrate...
- CRM/Email/Messaging/Collaboration (SugarCRM/Zimbra integration) – Zimbra/SugarCRM integration allows email archiving directly from Zimbra to SugarCRM. Calendar/contact/task syncing will be next on the burner.
- CRM/Document Management (SugarCRM/Alfresco integration) – We're working hard to define an architecture that allows true integration between SugarCRM and Alfresco, allowing for portable documents throughout the system.
- Web content/CRM (SugarCRM/Alfresco or Joomla integration) – DataSync automates the transition from a website lead or product purchase to CRM. This allows for complete sales process automation, and allows managers to have close control over sales processes, follow up, and stats and metrics.
- Financial (SugarCRM/Quickbooks integration) - DataSync is working on solutions to allow true integration between CRM and financial software, initially Quickbooks.
- Mobile Devices (mobile integration)- DataSync provides conduits for all applications to Windows Mobile devices, Blackberry, Treo, Centrino, Motorola Q, and a host of other popular mobile systems. Collaborate on emails, schedule meetings, log calls and tasks in CRM, look up documents, and follow up with customers. All on the 3rd screen.
- Desktop Applications (desktop integration)– Access your applications with Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail/iCal/Address Book, Microsoft Office, scanning hardware, and a host of other desktop productivity software and hardware tools.
